428. Mode of appearance by advocate not on the Roll of Advocates maintained by the Bar Council of Gujarat.
- An advocate who is not on the roll of advocates of the Bar Council shall not act in such Court, unless he files an appointment alongwith an advocate who is on the Roll of the Bar Council and who is ordinarily practicing in such Court; but such Advocate who is not on Roll of Advocates of the Bar Council shall be permitted to appear and plead in such Court if he appears with or is instructed by an advocate who is enrolled by the Bar Council and who has filed an appointment.
