Section 191(1) in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966
(1)Any defaulter detained in custody, or imprisoned, shall forthwith be set at liberty and the execution of any process shall, at any time, be stayed, on the defaulter's giving before the Collector or other 'person nominated by him for the purpose, or if the defaulter is in jail, before the officer in charge of such jail, security in the form of Schedule B satisfactory to the Collector or to such other person or officer.
