Section 4 in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921

The manager shall prepare and maintain the seniority list showing therein the date from which a teacher is entitled to count his seniority. Before finalizing the list, he shall supply a copy thereof to every teacher in the institution and any objection filed by a teacher within a month of the receipt of the copy by him shall be decided by the Committee of Management.
