Section 8(v) in Martin Luther Christian University Act, 2005
(v)To hold examinations and to grant and confer degrees titled diplomas, certificate and other academic distinctions on persons who shall have pursued and passed an approved course of study in Constituent Colleges, Autonomous Colleges, Affiliated Colleges Approved Colleges and Study Centres of the University subject to such condition as the University may determine and to withdraw any such degrees, titles, diplomas certificates and other academic distinctions on good and sufficient cause;
