1. Short title and commencement.
- (i) These regulations shall be called the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms & Conditions for grant of Transmission License and other related matters) Regulations, 2001.(ii)These regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette.
