Section 32(1) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(1)The appeal shall lie to the Chief Justice or any other Judges as may be nominated by the Chief Justice, from the order passed by the Registrar General imposing any of the penalties specified in Rule-27.
