Section 23(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(1)The Medical Officer of the concerned Block Primary Health Centre shall, on an application from a registered female member, sanction a sum of Rs. 6,000 (rupees six thousand only), on her producing proof of pregnancy to her. The amount of assistance shall be paid to the registered female member in six equal installments at the rate of Rs. 1,000 per installment from the seventh month of pregnancy.
