Section 277 in Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act, 1976
277. Temporary closure of streets.
- The Commissioner may by an order temporarily close any street to traffic for repair or in order to carry out any works connected with drainage, water supply or lighting or any of the purposes of this Act:Provided that such work shall be completed and such street re-opened to traffic with all reasonable speed.
