Section 2(d) in Faridabad Complex (Regulation and Development) Act, 1971
(d)"building" means any construction or part of construction which is intended to be used for residential, commercial, industrial or any other purpose, whether in actual use or not, and includes any out-house, stable, cattle shed and garage;
