Section 8(i) in The U.P. Higher Education Services Commission (Group "C" And "D" Employees) Services Regulations, 2000
(i)the upper age limit in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and such other categories as may be notified by the Government, from time to time, shall be greater by such number of years as may be specified;
