Section 101 in Daman and Diu Value Added Tax Regulation, 2005
101. Setting up of check-posts and barriers.
- The Government may, by notification, set up check-posts or barriers, or both, at any place in the Daman and Diu with a view to preventing evasion of tax and other dues payable under this Regulation.
