The Petitioner filed this Criminal Original Petition to direct the respondent to register the case under Section 15 r/w section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption act, 1988, Sec. 217, Sec.218 and Sec.219 of Indian Penal Code based upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.03.2016.

When the matter was taken up today, the learned Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, the matter has been forwarded to the Commissioner of Police for appropriate direction and necessary action will be taken after getting instruction from Commissioner of Police.
