38. Amendment of the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 1974.
- The Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 1974, shall, with effect from the appointed day, stand amended to the extent and in the manner specified in the Schedule.
