1. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that writ court order has been challenged in intra court appeal before Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 576 of 2024 alongwith stay petition. He will take necessary steps to get the matter heard before Division Bench. Accordingly, he prays for four weeks time.

2. Considering the aforesaid, put up this case after five weeks (22.08.2025).
