Section 3(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Horticultural Produce, Marketing and Processing) Board Act, 2014
(1)The State Government may, by notification, for coordinating the activities of market and for development, promotions, and regulation of horticultural produce marketing, establish the Arunachal Pradesh Horticultural Produce marketing and Processing Board.
