Section 6(1) in The Vegetable Oil Products Control Order, 1947
(1)The Controller may from time to time by notification in the Official Gazette fix with the prior concurrence of the Central Government, the maximum prices at which vegetable oil products may be sold and the prices fixed may be different in different localities and for different classes of transactions.
