Section 15(1) in Punjab Municipal Elections Office (State Service Class-III) Rules, 1978
(1)A member of the Service may be transferred by the Government to a post whether included in any other Service or not on the same terms and conditions as are specified in rule 317 of the Punjab Civil Services Rules, Volume I, Part I.
