Section 7(1) in The M.P. Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)For purposes of registration, an application to register a society shall be made to the Registrar in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by four copies of the proposed bye-laws of the society. The person by whom or on whose behalf such application is made, shall, furnish such information in regard to the society, as the Registrar may require.
