Section 4(5)(ii) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Constitution Rules, 1999

(ii)In case no such option is exercised by the landholder, the Authorised Officer shall, allot his vote to the constituency in which the landholder holds the maximum extent of land; where such land held is the same in two constituencies any of the constituency may be allotted.
