31. Difference of opinion among the Members of the Tribunal.
- If during the trial of an election petition there is a difference of opinion among the members of the Tribunal on any matter or if at the conclusion of such trial there is a difference of opinion among them on any question regarding the orders to be made under sections 25 and 26 the opinion of the majority shall prevail, and the orders of the Tribunal shall be expressed in terms of the views of the majority.
