Section 2(l) in The Mumbai Port Trust (Pension Fund) Regulations, 2004
(l)"Provident Fund Regulations" mean all provisions in the Bombay Port Trust Rules of the Provident Fund as amended from time to time to provide for Board's Special Contribution to Provident Fund Account of employees subscribing to the Contributory Provident Fund;
