(iv)A substitute may be removed at any time by the Collector either on his own motion, or except in the case of a substitute for minor headman at the request of the person for whom the substitute is acting, for any reason which would justify the removal of the substantive holder of the office or for any other reason which the Collector thinks sufficient.
