Section 51 in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016
51. Disqualification for membership. - If a person is debarred by the Academic Council from any work of the University on account of any kind of malpractice on his part in connection with a University examination, such a person shall be disqualified to become, or to continue as a member of any body or authority of the University so long as the bar lasts.
