(1)The Committee shall meet at least once in every month during the four months before the Haj Day and during the two months after the Haj Day, and at least once in three months during the rest of the year.(2)The number of members required to make a quorum at any meeting shall be six.(3)All matters shall be decided by a majority of votes of the members present, and in the event of an equality of votes, the Chairman or other person presiding shall have a casting vote.
