Section 12(1) in The Orissa Minerals (Prevention Of Theft, Smuggling And Other Unlawful Activities) Act, 1988
(1)Whoever fails to comply with or contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the-rules shall, on conviction, be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
