Oral Order 06/Dated: 29.06.2021 I.A No. 1127 of 2019 This application has been filed for staying the operation, execution and implementation of impugned order 16.08.2018. However, at the time hearing, Mrs. Darshana Poddar Mishra, learned Addl. A.G.-I appearing for the appellants-State, has submitted that in view of the fact that in compliance of the direction contained in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge the private respondent has already been appointed on the concerned post subject to the result of this appeal, therefore, she is not pressing this Interlocutory Application.
In the result, I.A. No. 1127 of 2019 is dismissed as not pressed. L.P.A. No. 83 of 2019 with I.A. No.1449 of 2021 Heard the learned Addl. A.G.-I appearing for the appellants- State.
Issue notice to the sole respondent in the limitation as well as admission matter.
Mr. Binod Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Caveator, waives notice on behalf of the sole respondent.
Accordingly, no notice is required to be served upon the sole respondent. Vakalatnama by way of Caveat will be accepted as Vakalatnama filed in this appeal.
