Section 16(2) in The Tamil Nadu Abolition of Posts of Part-Time Village Officers Act, 1981
(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act, as if this Act had come into force on the 14th November 1980.
