Section 9(2) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH COMMISSIONERATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ACT, 1986
(2)The Government may appoint a Secretary and the Commissionerate may appoint such other Officers and employees from time to time with then previous approval of the Government.
