Section 121(2) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(2)Duties and responsibilities of the responsible person referred to in sub-rule (1) person shall include-(a)to carry out smoothly such excavation or tunnelling work;(b)to inspect and rectify any hazardous situation relating to such excavation or tunnelling work;(c)to take remedial measures to avoid any unsafe practice or conditions relating to such excavation or tunnelling work.
