47. Finance.
(1)All the funds provided by the Government or any other agency, meant for the Development of District will flow through the District Planning and Development Board as per the District plans.(2)The District Planning and Development Board shall set up committees to handle specialised jobs. The number of such committees, the manner in which they shall be constituted and perform their functions, shall be such as the District Planning and Development Board may deem fit .
