Section 30 in Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Jind Act, 2014
30. Conditions of service and teachers.
(1)Every salaried officer and teacher, except the Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed under a written contract, which shall be lodged with the University and any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and any of the officer or teacher shall, at the request of the teacher or officer concerned or at the instance of the University, be referred to a Tribunal of arbitration consisting of one member appointed by the Executive Council. one member nominated by the officer or teacher concerned and one nominee of the Chancellor. The decision of the majority of the Members of the Tribunal shall be final and no suit shall lie in any civil Court in respect of the matter decided by the Tribunal.(2)Every such request shall be deemed to be a submission to arbitration- within the meaning of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Central Act 26 of 1996).
