(9)"In-Service Candidate" means an employee serving on the post of Medical Officer in Public Health and Family Welfare Department of the State Government on regular or ad-hoc or contract basis or an employee serving on the post of demonstrator/registrar/junior registrar/Medical officer in the department of Medical Education of the State Government.
