Section 37(1) in The Abolition of Jagirs and Land Reforms Act, 1952 (Vindhya Pradesh)
(1)No civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle, decide or deal with any question which is, by or under this Act, required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Tahsildar, the [Collector] [Substituted for 'Deputy Commissioner' by M.P.A.L.O., 1957.], Land Reform Commissioner, or the Board of Revenue.
