Section 93(2)(a) in Himachal Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1968

(a)if the decision or order was made by the Assistant Registrar or the Deputy Registrar, to the Registrar or such Additional Registrar or Joint Registrar as may be authorised by him in this behalf; or
