Section 13 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
13. Filling up of casual vacancies.
- Any casual vacancy in the office of the President or any of the member caused by death, resignation or removal shall be reported to the State Government by the President or by the Vice-President where the vacancy relates to the office, of the President and shall be filled up by nomination or, as the case may, be by election within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed.
