561. Affidavit in reply.
- An affidavit intended to be used in reply to an affidavit filed in opposition to the petition or in support of the petition shall be filed not less than three days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition. Notice of such filing shall be given forthwith to the person by whom the affidavit in opposition was filed or to his Advocate.
