Section 15(15) in The Orissa Grid Code (OGC) Regulations, 2006
(15)SLDC shall periodically review the actual deviation from the despatch and net Drawal Schedules being issued, to check whether any of the Beneficiaries/ ISGS/SGS who are allowed open access are indulging in unfair gaming or collusion. In case any such practice is detected, the matter shall be reported to the SLDC for further investigation/action.
