Section 7(ii) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats and Zila Panchayats (Erection and Re-Erection of a Building or Making or Enlarging of a Well Within a Controlled Rural Area) Rules, 1974
(ii)No building for industrial purposes shall be erected except on a plot having an area of not less than 574.50 sq. metres.
