3. Conditions of service of Class III and Class IV Employees.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Staff Regulations and the Promotion Regulations, the terms and conditions of service of Class III and Class IV employees relating to matters covered by these rules shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of [these rules as amended from time to time.] [Notified in Gazette of India dated 12th May, 1989 and came in force from 1st August, 1987.]
