Section 4(4) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Reservation of Seats and Offices of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla Parishads) Rules, 2006
(4)The Revenue Divisional Officer shall reserve one-third of the number of wards reserved for Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and one-third of the unreserved wards for women, in each Gram Panchayat.
