Section 73(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Managing Director shall have the general superintendence, and control over the Market Committee and its Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members, it's Secretary and other officers or shall issue directions to them.
