State of Arunachal Pradesh - Subsection

Section 93(8)(i) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984

(i)Where the property to be attached is a decree either for the payment of money or for sale in enforcement of a mortgage or charge, the attachment shall be made, if the decree sought to be attached was passed by the Registrar or by any person to whom a dispute was transferred by the Registrar under Section 97, by a nominee or board or nominees then by the order of the Registrar.
