Section 148(11) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2011
(11)Where a zone is treated with incombustible dust, the samples shall be collected by a method of strip sampling, the strips being as near as possible of equal width of not less than 10 centimetres, and a uniform intervals not exceeding five metres.
