Section 19(1) in Rajasthan Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(1)As and when vacancies of Chairperson or a Member in the Authority exist or arise or are likely to arise, the State Government may make a reference to the Selection Committee in respect of the vacancies to be filled.
