30. Distribution of protected workmen.
(1)The distribution of protected workmen for an establishment amongst unions for the purposes of sub-section (4) of Section 6-E shall be made by the Registrar of Trade Unions, Uttar Pradesh, in proportion to their membership and after such enquiries as he may consider necessary.(2)For the up-to-date maintenance of the register in Form XIII, the Registrar of Trade Unions, Uttar Pradesh, may hold such enquiries as may be necessary and pass suitable orders which shall be final and binding on the parties concerned.
