Section 16(1) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(1)The Court declaring a person disqualified under Section 20 or making an endorsement under Section 24 of the Act shall send intimation in Form C.G.M.VR.-8 (LE) to the Licensing Authority by which the driving licence was issued and the Licensing Authority by which it was last renewed.
