Section 29(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Animal Diseases (Control), Act, 2006 (1949 A. D.)
(1)Whoever, being an Inspector or Veterinary Surgeon, appointed under this Act, vexatiously or unnecessarily enters or inspects any land, building or other place or any boat or vehicle or seizes or detains any animal, shall, on conviction be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees, or with both.
