Section 3(1) in The Goa Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009
(1)Every Tribunal shall prepare a panel of persons suitable for appointment as Conciliation Officer under sub-section (6) of section 6 of the Act, which shall include the maintenance officers designated under section 18.
