Section 13(1) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)Every member of Gram Sabha shall, unless disqualified under this Regulation or any other law for the time being in force, be qualified to vote at an election to the Gram Panchayat or at a meeting of the Gram Sabha.
