Section 18(1) in THE MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION ACT, 2021

(1)No person shall be allowed to operate or work on, including any ancillary activities as may be prescribed, any aid to navigation in any place unless he holds a valid training certificate certifying that such person has been trained in the operation of such aid to navigation.
